WELCOME TO VENTURE STABLES

We offer a variety of services including Full livery Stabling, DIY stabling, and Riding lessons. Owned and Established by, Pearl Craig, who herself has over 50 years experience in the horse industry. Our Team takes pride in providing the your beloved horses with the best care we are able to. The competent and experienced grooms, go above and beyond to cater to your horses needs and well being. It with our priority to ensure your horse will have an enjoyable and safe experience at our yard. We accommodate to a variety of riders, from Happy Hackers to Competition Riders in the Dressage, Showjumping or Showing disciplines.

Pearl Craig

Stable Yard Owner

Owner of Venture Stables for the last 28 years. She has over 50 years horse experience. Show Jumped in both England and in South Africa. Pearl is very clued up with Veterinary, Horsemanship and Stable yard management. She is also a very good people person and likes to help, listen and give advice if needed.

Bronwyn Tomlinson

Bronwyn has over 20 years experience at Venture Stables. She has experience in showjumping her own thoroughbreds, one being in the 1.30m. She is experienced in training younger horses in basic schooling and jumping.

Our Grooms

We have 3 full time grooms to help us out with all our beloved horses. Lankson (Wifi) our head groom as been with us for many years and is the most trustworthy and hardworking guy you will meet.

Charlotte Wilkinson

CW Equestrian Coach

Charlotte has over 25 years experience with horses and is qualified in SANIP MOD 1-4 as well as assistant stud manager. Charlotte has her own horse and pony for giving lessons on for Children and adults of all ages. Contact Charlotte for more info on her lesson packages and prices

Services

Full inside livery

Full livery includes: 3x Meals per day Grooms Eragrostis Shavings NB: Farrier, Dentist, Physio, Vet is not included in the price. Any extra food needed for your horse will be charged seperatly on account.

Riding Lessons

There is riding lessons available with our two instructors. Charlotte Wilkinson CW Equestrian Qualified EQASA Instructor with Module 4.
